This is the upper level one bedroom apartment that is part of the Sunset Watch Three Bedroom Villa. The option is to rent this unit separately and share the common areas with Sunset Watch One Bedroom Lower Deck. This includes the pool and terrace.
The raised upper level has a clear view of the sea and looks out over the pool and spacious terrace. To fully integrate the interior with the exterior the living spaces were designed with a seamless transition from one room to the next. The basic concept was to make each room an extension of the other guiding the way to the inside and outside.
You will be immediately captured by the well equipped kitchen that looks right out towards the living space, deck, and wonderful ocean view.
